George & Arlene Loewen Family Bursaries

This bursary provides financial assistance to students entering or continuing studies in a doctoral program who have resided in Saskatchewan for a minimum of one year, or have completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Selection will be based on academic achievement and financial need, as determined by the awards committee.

Students receiving a bursary who continue to demonstrate financial need and academic excellence will be eligible to have their bursary renewed for an additional year. The bursary will only be renewed once. Renewal is not automatic. Students who wish to renew will have to follow the same application procedure as a new applicant.
