Gem & Mineral Federation of Canada Scholarship
This scholarship provides support to Master’s (thesis) and PhD students admitted to, and pursuing studies specializing in Earth Sciences. Students must demonstrate academic achievement (minimum 75% GPA) and relevance of research topic to the aims and objectives of the Gem and Mineral Foundation of Canada:
- Promoting the earth sciences
- Protecting collecting sites and educating collectors
- Fostering good will, friendship, and rapport among all member groups
Applicants will be asked to answer the supplemental questions which are listed below. Please note that when a reference’s name and email are entered, the system will generate an email to that reference. The reference will be provided instructions on how to complete their section. Applicants are responsible for ensuring references complete their section by the deadline. Any reference sections submitted after the deadline will not be considered and that applicant will be deemed ineligible.
