George & Arlene Loewen Family Bursaries

Purpose: To recognize academic achievement and provide financial assistance to PhD students

Eligibility: Open to entering and continuing PhD students in any discipline

Selection Criteria: Students must be either a resident of Saskatchewan or have completed their undergraduate degree at the University of Saskatchewan.
Preference will be given to female students
80% GPA or above, and must demonstrate financial need

Renewal Criteria: Students who continue to demonstrate financial need and academic excellence will be eligible to apply again and have their bursary renewed for one additional year.

You must ensure that you have completed all the financial questions in the General Application in order to be considered.
