Gerry "Git" Rempel Memorial Graduate Scholarship

This scholarship is to recognize superior academic performance of a graduate student in his or her first or second year of study in a Master of Science degree program, who has demonstrated athletic and leadership abilities. Open to students in the first or second year of study in a Master of Science degree program with an academic average of 85%. Students who have not yet started their graduate program at the time of application will not be considered.

Preference will be given to students who:

• are pursuing a Master of Science in Biology or Mathematics and Statistics
• demonstrate athletic ability in Huskie level athletics

Please note that this scholarship is restricted to full-time registered graduate students in a Master’s – Thesis degree program.

Applicants will be asked to answer the supplemental questions which are listed below. Please note that when a reference’s name and email are entered, the system will generate an email to that reference. The reference will be provided instructions on how to complete their section. Applicants are responsible for ensuring references complete their section by the deadline. Any reference sections submitted after the deadline will not be considered and that applicant will be deemed ineligible.
